Liz is a phenomenal therapist. She is willing to meet me where I am. I can truly be honest because she has a non-judgmental approach to her care. I have a therapist that is transparent, honest, and holds me accountable for doing THE WORK! All the while she is right here with a guiding light called WISDOM!

I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for a year, I found Liz online and saw she was close to me so I decided to give her a try. Mind you this was my first time ever going to therapy. Best decision I’ve ever made. I have had a lot of relationship struggles and let me tell you, when I leave our sessions I feel in control of myself again, I feel like I’m gaining my self-worth back. I have always been a conflict avoider, but with her she taught me to step into myself and not be such a push over, and it’s helped in my romantic life as well as my work life. She’s patient, and she doesn’t force you to do anything before you are ready.
